Doll Policies

To have the best experience, please review the product description, description of the service you booked, and read all policies. Can't wait to see you!

NO RUSHING PLEASE

We understand that everyone needs to be out of the salon at a respectful time BUT this is NOT a rush zone. If you have something important to do you may need to schedule your appointment on a day where you are not busy! Please DO NOT come in with a bad attitude or rush energy. Please do not agree to this & still bug your stylist about being out on time. Thank you.

*It is okay to let your stylist know you have somewhere to be, but again please no rushing especially if you want your hair to look good.

 

DROPPING OFF HAIR

all hair/ wigs need to be dropped off at least 1 Sunday prior to your appointment. I do wig orders on Monday. Please understand that you are one of my many clients. I do have a life outside of work, so it is very important for you to get your hair to me at the requested time period so I can stay on schedule

 

COMPLAINTS

I am not perfect. I understand that I may make some mistakes so I only allow 1hr after you leave the salon to make me aware of anything (minor) that is bothering you. On the other hand if a wig or sew in is too tight etc (major) please contact me asap so that we can get this issue resolved. Please also respect my time. I have no problem with resolving any issue as long as we both are handling things respectfully.

Shipping Policy

ALL PRODUCTS TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING

•Packages will be shipped using USPS, FEDEX, DHL depending on your location

•BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

•ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE. 

•WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to All Dolled Up due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Trinity Tresses LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

All Dolled Up is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, All Dolled Up will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.

Return & Exchange Policy

•No Returns.

•Order corrections or replacements under the discretion of All Dolled Up following a thorough review of the claim.
